For this beautiful 'New Englander' style home in Newburyport, we worked with our clients to develop a master plan to guide their renovations for years to come.

A young couple with a toddler and another baby on the way, they plan to be in their home for the long term. The Master Plan, or planning for all current and future work, gives them drawings to use for cost-estimating as they decide to move forward with projects one at a time. It is also an important tool that insures that each project is moving them toward their desired final product.

The Master Plan for their home includes a new Kitchen and Mudroom on the first floor, an expanded Master Bedroom Suite on the second floor, an 'au pair' suite on the lower level, and the renovation of their garage to a patio-side 'Cabana'.

We're excited to be starting with their 2nd Floor Bath project's construction in the Spring.
